These public Lean Management and Six Sigma Workshops provide especially smaller and medium-sized organizations with affordable and interactive training solutions to enable them to identify, lead, and execute Operational Excellence projects and activities.

Note: These programs also include hands-on Lean Agent and Six Sigma Green Belt project support.
